The Jamaica 4-H Clubs is the youth training arm of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture & Fisheries (MICAF). It is also the agency that manages the National Youth in Agriculture Programme.

The organisation has its National Headquarters at 95 Old Hope Road, Kingston 6. However there is a 4-H Club in every parish.
Any individual between the ages of 5 and and 32 years with an interest in learning a life-long skill.

These include specialized training, access to agricultural scholarships through the Rio Tinto Scholarship Fund, as well as the Youth in Agriculture Scholarship, EARTH University (Costa Rica). There is also access to Revolving Programmes (Poultry, Rabbit), as well as entrepreneurial training (Rural Youth Economic Empowerment Programme, R.Y.E.E.P.)
